Candle Jar- Upcycle

btl

I don’t know about you but I love candle light glowing around my home at dusk, its beautiful!

I thought it would be a neat idea to redo some of my old candle jars.

So here’s some inspiration for you!

Tear out some old maps, or even simple book pages…  (you don’t want the paper too thick or the light won’t be seen through them) next glue them with pva glue…

& your done, enjoy!

Make one! Its too easy…

  1. Draw the letter you choose onto a piece of cardboard
  2. Cut out letter
  3. Paint the surface of the cardboard black
  4. Glue corks on with PVA glue (cut to fit if you wish)
  5. Hang or place in your home for a vintage decor!

You might prefer this fun and quirky twist on a plant that you dont need to water!

Just grab a few branches and long twigs, then all you need to do is cut a leaf shape into various scrap papers

and glue them on to your hearts contempt!

~Cute and simple!~

(You might even want to add a few to the roses I showed you in my last post!)
